We partner with select farmers who share our pride in being able to present Australia’s finest beef to the world. Year-round we purchase naturally grass fed cattle which have no added antibiotics, to deliver a consistently excellent product. 

With no added hormones, our marble score 4 beef is all-natural, 100% traceable and processed to meet our high standards at our state-of-the-art facilities in Dandenong and Cootamundra.
