DANDENONG
Our beef processing facility is strategically located approximately 30 kms south east of Melbourne in the City of Dandenong. This allows us to source livestock from all over Victoria with an emphasis on the Gippsland region, famed for producing some of the country’s best pasture-fed cattle.
This facility encompasses the latest in refrigeration technology that is paramount to the quality and shelf life of fresh meat products. The site is now Australia’s newest and most efficient beef processing facility.
Beef Processing Plant: 1,500 head per day.

COOTAMUNDRA
Opened in January 20204 for beef processing, the existing Cootamundra plant has been upgraded to a state or the art processing facility. Lamb processing to come soon.
